WardHUB for Branch Operations

Each branch receives its own WardHUB with its own master code. Branch management administers access codes for authorized employees on-site. You can assign individual PIN codes for each location – temporarily for temporary workers or permanently for permanent employees. No central IT system needed, full control at each location.

At shift start, the shift leader or employee retrieves the master keys from WardHUB using the PIN code. After shift end, keys are returned and the safe locks automatically. In Public Mode, the compartment is immediately available again for the next shift – without manual reset or code change.

With personnel changes, you simply change the temporary PIN code for the respective employee. Departed employees immediately lose access, new employees receive their own code. No physical key exchange, no worry about copied or unreturned keys. The master code remains with management – maximum control.

Yes. The robust 2mm steel construction with tamper-proof bolt mechanism provides professional protection for cash register keys, safe keys, alarm codes, and other security-relevant access materials. Electronic access control prevents unauthorized access better than open key boards or insecure hiding places.

Yes, via the master code, management or headquarters has emergency access to all branches at any time. The master code works independently of temporary employee codes and enables immediate access to deposited keys in case of need (emergency, forgotten codes, audit) – without calling a locksmith.
